Close to San Francisco, Davis and Downtown

Want to come down and explore the Area?  I’d love to give you a 🚗 tour of West Sacramento or any other  neighborhood in Sacramento. Give me a call or just sign up right here on my website and I’ll give you a call.

West West Sacramento is, as the name implies, on the western edge of the Greater Sacramento in Yolo County. Sacramento River separates it from county and city of Sacramento and one has to use I Street Bridge or Tower Bridge to reach West Sacramento from Sacramento. What makes West Sacramento or as locals call it, West Sac, special? Well, proximity to Downtown, for work (lots of State jobs) or for fun (plenty of excellent bars of restaurants) definitely makes it a great destination for everyone. For the concert goers, basketball fans and even Monster Jam fans,  Golden1 Center indoor arena, which is in the heart of Downtown, is only minutes from West Sacramento.  Also, it is the closest  affordable place to live for anyone who needs to commute to either UC Davis,   (Approximately 25 minutes) or San Francisco (Approximately 1 hr 45 minutes).  For those who want to be close to the airport but not too close, West Sac is an ideal place: It only takes 17 minutes to get there. Living in West Sacramento also gives one easy access to all the major freeways like I-5 to take one to Los Angeles or to Portland and 50 to take one to South Lake Tahoe, 2 hours and 15 minutes. And if that hasn’t convinced you that  West Sacramento is “it”, the only Ikea in all of Greater Sacramento is located conveniently in West Sacramento.

West Sacramento Homes For Sale

There are homes for every life style.

Housing in West Sacramento

West Sacramento is not only diverse in its population of 53,000, but is also diverse in its choice of housing. One can find single family homes as low as in the 300’s in the older part of town to brand new custom made homes built on an acre for around 1.2 million. There’s also a gated community, The Rivers, with a 40 acre private park and two community swimming pools.

For 350K to 450K one can also find condominiums which are only a four minute drive to Southport Town Center, city’s main shopping mall. One can find The Nugget Market there plus Target, Wells Fargo, Bank of America as well as Jumba Juice and Starbucks.

Here’s a recent video I made about some new construction homes  in the northern part of the city, close to Sacramento River and downtown.

Down Below, is an example of a house in Rivermont subdivision, just outside of Bridgeway Island. It should give you a good idea of what a larger home there looks like.

Whether you are thinking of buying or selling, or if you are just thinking of maybe moving to Sacramento area in general, I will be more than glad to help. Give me a call or shoot me an email.
