Placer County Fair 6/26 to 6/29
The 87th annual Placer County Fair is this weekend at @the Grounds event center in Roseville. There will be carnival rides, concerts, food vendors, exhibits, contests and more. The fair runs from 5-11 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and noon to 11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Tickets for adults are $10, kids ages 6-13 are $6 and military members and seniors 65 and older are $8. Historic Folsom Hometown Parade 6/28 (Free Event)

Looking for a free event? There will be marching bands, color guards, service organizations, Wild West reenactors, vintage cars, horses, etc. There will be other events throughout the day as well to keep you entertained like live music at Folsom Cafe and Folsom Hotel. Stonemasons Tour 6/28
A walking tour of headstones, monuments and mausoleums runs from 5-6:20 p.m. Saturday at the Sacramento Historic Cemetery. Tickets are $10
Their Facebook page reads “Stonemasons, our earliest artists, transformed solid rock into timeless beauty. Some proudly signed their creations, while others sourced their own stone, leaving their mark across the state. Explore the artisans behind our fabulous headstones, monuments, and mausoleums, and learn the stories of their craft and lives.” Street parking and don’t forget to wear walking shoes.

Paint with Goats 6/28 6/29 @Stockton
Work with goats to create one-of-a-kind art pieces at 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Spenker Family Farm in Lodi. Wine and cheese will be provided. Tickets are $65
