Bahman exceeded my expectations of a real estate agent in every way, especially given the multiple challenges of this particular multifaceted home buy/sale transaction. First, we were under a tight time frame to find a place for one of the sellers to move into. Second, the home we needed to sell required extensive repairs, making coordinating several vendors shortly before the high summer market demand nearly impossible. Add two sellers who had different ideas about many aspects of the sale, and you have the need for an experienced, diplomatic realtor with a never ending supply of patience. Bahman handled each aspect of these challenges with skill, grace, and professionalism. He found suitable replacement housing for the one seller who needed housing that was affordable, helped arrange for timely inspections, and was even there to help with applications and signings as needed. He found a buyer who knew exactly what he was buying and at a price point that was fair. And Bahman managed the house sale with myself and the other seller in the most lovely way that we were both able to walk away happy, with each of our needs met. From start to finish, the entire process took less than each seller was expecting, and within the time frame we needed. Bahman only makes assurances he can deliver. Not only is he a real estate agent who goes the extra mile, but he is also a kind and good man, a calming influence that you want around you during a stressful time like at home purchase or sale. I don’t give my highest recommendation lately. Bahman, without a doubt gets my highest recommendation: 10 out of 10.
After my attempt to sell my rental house on my own to my tenant unraveled I decided to find a realtor to sell the house on the open market. I contacted Bahman after seeing his name pop up on in Facebook group unrelated to real estate. I was a little hesitant with even working with a realtor After meeting with him I decided that he seemed like the type of person that I'd be willing to do business with. After a few needed repairs to the property we listed the property and within a few day we had a few offers. Ultimately the house sold above what I was expecting to go for. Bahman was a lot of help throughout the process and I'm happy with him and the service he provided. Bahman is a down to earth person who is serves his clients well.
We were looking to buy our first home and Bahman was very helpful and patient. We saw several homes and were getting discouraged, but Bahman reassured us that the process is lengthy and that we needed to keep trying to find the home that was perfect for us. Although the process seemed stressful to us as first time buyers, Bahman was calm, collective, and contributed a great amount of knowledge to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for. He was always available to answer our questions and never made us feel like we were asking an irrelevant question. We enjoyed working with Bahman and we are very thankful we found him to be our agent!
Bahman was so great to work with. He was super supportive, patient, and very communicative. He did a great job of walking me through the process, and helping me find my ideal home. Not only did we find a home in the neighborhood I wanted, but we got it below asking. He was very honest when I asked for feedback, and not just giving me the answers I wanted to hear. (Super important when negotiating for a house!) He was also very expedient with his responses- always answering text messages and phone calls right away. What I like the most about him, was his work ethic. It was very apparent that he is a hard worker, and won't rest till the job is done well. I loved working with Bahman and would recommend him to any family or friend who is looking for a realtor.
Bahman was very responsive and able to provide prompt advice during our home buying process. He was knowledgeable in terms of the contingency process and also was able to navigate through some tough situations regarding the lender, inspection, and other portions of our home buying process. I would note that Bahman is not for those who are looking to take their time or people who may be indecisive or who may get "cold feet". I would say that the best way to describe his demeanor is "Quick and Decisive". He's ready to do his best to get you the house you want and will work very hard in order to get it done as soon as possible. If you know the type of home you want, have enough time, and are a person who can be quick to act and ready to buy, I would recommend Bahman.
From the moment I decided to sell until my house sold and I moved, Bahman Ghashghaei has been an excellent agent to work with. He is incredibly informed and walked me through each and every step. He told me things to do to make the house look more attractive and told me what to expect every step. He set up two open house viewings and my house sold within six days believe. It was as pleasant and as easy as selling a house could possibly be. I would highly recommend Bahman to anyone interested in selling their home, getting an excellent and fair price, and also having a very good person by your side to walk you through the ups and downs. I would not hesitate to use him again should the need arise.
As a first time home buyer, I highly recommend Bahman! My husband and I were nervous when starting the search because this is a huge step in our lives. Bahman is so personable and reassuring about the whole process. He explained everything thoroughly and extensively. When we decided to work with Bahman, we already had a bunch of houses in mind. In fact, each day a house came on the market that we liked, we would text Bahman. Bahman was regularly able to get us into these homes in under 2 hours of requesting a visit! I was impressed with his pace! There was rarely a home we couldn't see. When viewing houses, Bahman would give his honest opinion when asked. He helped us narrow our focus and figure out what we were looking for. Bahman walked us through the offer process, which can be scary. He was available at all hours to answer our questions. When one of our offers was rejected, he FaceTimed with us at 9 PM to explain why the seller didn't accept our offer. This made us feel like Bahman really cared about us and our home buying experience. Bahman is not pushy but will move with a sense of urgency when necessary. He is personable and it feels like he is "on your side." As a first time home buyer, I felt comfortable with Bahman. We ended up in an affordable 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom West Sac home with the backyard of our dreams. Thank you, Bahman! Highly recommend!!!
My wife and I met Bahman after requesting to view a home on Zillow. He showed us the property and also had a few others that he thought would be of interest to us. We put an offer on the first house (above asking price) but did not go as high as Bahman suggested and missed out on the house. Over the next 3 months we toured a number of homes in West Sacramento with Bahman. He quickly learned the types of homes we were interested in and was always very responsive when we found something we wanted to see. Eventually, we found another home that we wanted to put an offer in on. We worked closely with Bahman and followed his instructions. We felt fortunate to have his advice in such a competitive market and did have our offer accepted. Bahman did a great job guiding us through our first home buying experience and we would love to work with him again. Even after the purchase of our home Bahman has remained in contact with us and has helped us through our first few weeks of home ownership.

Bahman has been nothing but professional, he is an honest, thoughtful person. He meets with us and we ask what should we do? He tells us we need to clean up back yard and garage. Declutter! It doesn't end there though, he offers his vehicle to make dump runs for us, and to move things to storage. He doesn't go off and wait for us to contact again, he keeps in touch, How is it going? How can I help? We met him years before we actually used him, and he has always stopped by to see if we were needing anything leaving little goodies at the holidays. When we finally decided to move he was the person we called.
