If you are here, you are probably planning on participating in September 21st’s Community Garage Sale. I am a local realtor who organizes this event for Bridgeway Community, twice a year.
This will be the 5th time I’m hosting this event.
Each time, I’ve had about 35 families participating.
The garage sale, takes place on your own driveway. We are not doing it on a parking lot and you don’t need to take your items to any place.
Start time is 7 am and end time is at 3 pm. However, you are welcome to start and finish as you please.
My responsibilities: I will advertise the event on social media and Craigslist, set up directional signs in the morning of and provide the buyers with maps and addresses.
Your responsibilities: Sell as much as stuff as you can and have fun doing it. AND BE SAFE.
Previous times, we didn’t have any issues and I hope that we continue to do it in a safe manner.
If you sign up and for any reason you decide to cancel, please confirm that it is received by me. Call, email, text. Last time, we had one incident where one resident emailed me to cancel but I never received that email.
